With this new release comes some new additions.

Release Notes 7.10

Overview

This release brings more stability to the system, with improvements made especially in the arrea of CTI service.

The Snom M900 Multi Cell DECT is newly available to the user.

For the PBX administrator, the setup and management of DECT systems has been completely revised and simplified in the Portal UI.

New Features

Rating

• Call Detail Record CDR with Unique CDR ID – A call Detail Record CRD has an addition field “ID” with its unique CDR identification.
• Call Detail Record CDR with ID’s of OrgUnits – A Call Detail Record CDR Includes now additional fields for the OrgUnit ID, Address ID and Terminal ID of the following involved entities:
  • The origin entity that initiated the call (e.g. phone, gateway)
  • The called destination entity of the call
  • The entity that pays the call (charge is accounted to)

These additional fields help to filter the CDR according to needed criteria.

Reporting

• Pre-set Search Time for Call List Display – When searching the call list on level PBX a default search filter pre-set of the last 24 hours is prepared and applied.
  • This Pre-set shortens the searching for calls:
    1. It reduces the search to the usually most interesting period of time.
    2. It reduces the search effort in the data base.
• Export of the Search Results of the Call List Display – The displayed search results of a Call List can be directly exported as.
  • CSV formatted ASCII file
  • MS Excel formatted file

Monitoring

• Extended Live Calls Monitoring – The Portal UI menu Live Call offers an additional mode ” extended”. In the extended mode, the queued calls of an ACD or IVR are also displayed.

This feature is especially useful for checking advanced call distribution types such as ACD and IVR. For example, you can use it to check if an ACD is working as expected or what the queue load is.
