Product Feature Enhancements
CoreInteract Admin (CI)
- The CoreInteract for Admin app will be made available via your Teams Admin Center. Application packages will be provided by our Altigen support team. These package(s) should be placed in the ‘Built for your Org’ section of the Teams app for user install.
- The CoreInteract for Admin Home Page will bring Enhanced Voicemail Management, Queue Stats, and Real-Time Teams Status for all CI users.
Bug Fixes
- Enhanced user search on CI platform for faster results.
- Improved CoreEngage tab load times.
- Added several call telemetry elements to capture missing calls, transfer/consult transfer and webchat logs.
- Addressed an issue related to chats being stuck in queue.
- Made several improvements related to Voicemail and Voicemail Transcription to address missing voicemails, failures and incomplete calls.
